Satoshi Island is located in the South Pacific and aims to "become a real-world crypto-economy".The island is named after Satoshi Nakamoto, creator of Bitcoin, this island of almost three square kilometres of extension belongs to the country of Vanuatu (Oceania), and its main feature is that all transactions are made through cryptocurrencies.At the moment, Satoshi Island can only be visited through the Metaverse, but is expected to be physically available by 2023. Developers are currently building the extravagant modular homes that will house up to 21,000 people, with the intention of making it a "permanent population".
